INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cans low sodium chickpeas – also called garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Spread the beans out over a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 40-60 minutes being sure to stir at 10 minute intervals.
- Allow to cool and serve.
